Kits Not legal for street use in California or in states that have adopted California emissions regulations and are only intended for closed course competition use and are noted in the SKU and the price list with (**) designation. They may be 1. Pending approval, 2. Under test or 3. Already approved since the price list was printed. When considering purchasing a (**) product, please call and check to determine if the product has become 50 state legal. You can also check the internet at www.Arb.Ca.Gov/msprog/aftermkt/devices/devices.htm, then type in “Supercharger system.” always check with us for correct 50 state legal kit pulley sizes. Higher boost pulleys may be legal for competition use only. Tuner (Competition) Kits do not include the fuel system components or flash tuner (calibration).

EMISSIONS DEVICES, NON 50 STATE LEGAL PRODUCTS, KIT, ENGINE MODIFICATIONS – Kenne Bell DOES NOT recommend modifying our 50 State Legal Kit calibrations in any way, removing catalytic converters, disabling or removing any emissions device or installing any product for street use that is not 50 State Legal. We recognize that some vehicles will be raced off road on weekends etc. All Kenne Bell Tech Tips, Tuning Tips and Literature listing modifications that increase performance via tuning, boost, etc. is intended for these competition vehicles only.
