Kenne Bell Ford 8.8 Axle Cover

The Kenne Bell Axle Cover / Girdle strengthens the entire rear end assembly without interfering with the floor pan or sway bar as others do. You won't have to dent your rear floor board with a sledge hammer with this one. Increased horsepower and/or launches create higher loads on the rear end (ring and pinion and housing). Under these conditions, the higher loads on the stock cast bearing caps causes them to distort and crack. Ring and pinion gear clearance is also increased. The two adjustable bolts in the Kenne Bell Cast Aluminum Girdle pre loads the caps and reduces cap deflection and breakage. Available in Satin or Polish finish.
